According to a report by Football Scoop, former Iowa offensive coordinator Brian Ferentz will be joining Fresno State’s football coaching staff.
Ferentz spent the 2024 season as an offensive analyst at Maryland. He was on the staff of his father, Kirk Ferentz, at Iowa from 2012 to 2023, the last seven seasons as the offensive coordinator.
Matt Entz became Fresno State’s head coach last month after one year as the assistant head coach for defense and the linebackers coach at USC. He was the head coach at North Dakota State from 2019-2023 and won two national-championships. He was on Northern Iowa’s coaching staff from 2010-2012.
