Lang, Rammelsberg, Trudo advance to state finals at Iowa State Dance and Drill Team Association event

Elle Rammelsberg of Cedar Rapids Kennedy earned a top-10 finish for the third consecutive year, while teammate Megan Trudo and Cedar Rapids Prairie’s Carsynn Lang also advanced to the state finals in Class XI Dance on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025, at the state-qualifying event at Pella Middle School in Pella, Iowa.

All three will compete at the Iowa State Dance and Drill Team Association state championships, which take place Dec. 3-5 in Des Moines.

Rammelsberg placed sixth in the state in 2023 and seventh last year.
