We need Jean Valjean to intervene

Many are reeling with recent tragic and costly events. Our president vowed to end Ukraine's war in days. It continues and he's started his own, unapproved by Congress, with Venezuela.
In our own cities, such as Chicago, he backs violent ICE raids, unwarranted arrests and unwanted military presence. Somalis, among others, have been dehumanized by his verbal attacks.
Trump's aired response to the shooting at Brown University, "things can happen," was so insensitive to the families. And his televised quote about the shocking deaths of Rob and Michele Reiner saying Rob "had a mind crippling disease known as Trump Derangement Syndrome … paranoia reaching new heights as The Trump administration surpassed all goals and expectations of greatness …" How do we go from mourning these two creative people to praising POTUS?
Disrespect and arrogance are again demonstrated by his and Congress' refusal to compromise on the ACA. However, they can find time before the holidays to pass a $400 million budget for the White House. This is the People's House. Trump is a tenant with no right to rip out the Rose Garden and demolish the East Wing. Now, his so important ballroom project moves ahead. While many scramble to find ways to pay for insurance and put inflated priced food on their tables, he gets to look at color swatches.
He needs to be evicted. Congress and governors who continue to look the other way must be voted out. Our "Les Miserables" need help. It's embarrassing.
