CEDAR RAPIDS - The Cedar Rapids Kernels announced Monday that outfielder Jeremias Pineda has been placed on the seven-day disabled list and been replaced on the active roster by infielder Jonathan Hinojosa.

The Cedar Rapids active roster is full at 25 players. The Kernels play Monday night at Peoria.
