Richard E. Taylor, 89, of Iowa City, died peacefully at home on Monday, Jan. 14, 2013. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Iowa City. The Rev. Steve Witt will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Iowa City. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Lensing Funeral Service in Iowa City.
