Imogene "Jean" Margaret Tappan

Imogene “Jean” Margaret Tappan, 86, of Elkader, died at her residence in Elkader on Nov. 10, 2012.

Survivors include her husband, Dr. Leslie Tappan of Elkader; daughter, Julie (Jim) Daley of Appleton, Wis.; son, Dr. Mark (Gina) Tappan of Corpus Christi, Texas; six grandchildren, Carrie (Kyle) Moore, Amy (Andrew) Boyle, Elizabeth, Christopher, Laura and Catherine Daley; and eight great-grandchildren.

Memorial Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, at Peace United Church of Christ in Elkader. Visitation: 10 a.m. until service time at the church on Wednesday. Leonard Funeral Home in Elkader is in charge of arrangements.
