Clifford F. Strempke, 78, of Independence, died Feb. 7, 2013, at ABCM Rehab Independence-East, Independence. Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. Feb. 9 and 1 to 4 p.m. Feb. 10, White Funeral Home, Independence. Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Feb. 11, White Funeral Home, Independence.

Survivors include his wife, Norma; one son, Karl Strempke of Florida; three daughters, Karlita Jacobsen of Iowa, Linda Schrage of Ohio, and Tracy Wencke of Indiana; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one brother and four sisters.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two twin infant sons, Ronald and Donald; four brothers and two sisters.
