Robert “Bob” Orlan Smith, 83, of Manchester, died at his home on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012.

Survivors include his wife, Vera Smith of Manchester; two children, Gerald (Sandy) Smith of Reuther Glen, Va., and Kelly (Janel) Smith of Manchester; a stepson, Randy Sites of Waterloo; four grandchildren, Jillian, Dion, Kari and Tyler; one stepgrandson, Michael Graves; and a sister, Doris (Robert) Glaubensklee of Vincennes, Ind.

Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 24, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester, with Pastor Mike Jackson officiating. Visitation: 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 23, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester and one hour before the service on Monday. Interment, with military rites: Oakland Cemetery, Manchester.
