Rickie Rowray, 66, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Monday, Feb. 11, 2013. Visitation will be held from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Burial will be held at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
