Patricia Louise Rhodes (Bridges)

Born Feb. 5, 1936, the fifth daughter to Sam and Velma Bridges in Iowa City, Iowa, Pat died Nov. 21, 2012, in Salt Lake City, her family surrounded her with love and light. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

Pat was a 1954 graduate of Wilson High School in Cedar Rapids. While living in Salt Lake City, Pat served as caretaker to Grace Tanner and Bonnie Hogle.

Pat’s love of humanity and family was deeply rooted in her spiritual beliefs.

She is survived by her sisters, Lahoma Kuykendall, Joyce Freeman, Janet and Mark Stolz and Sharon and Richard Matthews; sons, Scott, Brad and wife Shih-Lan and David; and grandchildren, Jason, Phillip, Liz, Walter, Natalie and Kristy.
