Virginia B. Randall,

Virginia B. Randall, 80, of Cedar Rapids, died at Northbrook Care Center, Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, after a brief bout with cancer. Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home by The Rev. William Harnish. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.

Survivors include her son, Jeff, and his wife, Kristi Randall, of Cedar Rapids. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel, in 1974.

Virginia was born March 21, 1932, in Manchester to August and Norma DeKeyser. Virginia was employed by Square D for 41 years before retiring in 1995. Virginia loved to travel. She was a member of New Encounters.

Virginia will be remembered as being a kind, loving soul who will be deeply missed.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
