Harold Emil Putz, 83, of Delaware, died Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, at the Good Neighbor Home, Manchester. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, at Kramer Funeral Home in Dyersville. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Petersburg.
