Landon Thomas Nagel

Landon Thomas Nagel, 3 months, of Marion, passed away peacefully in his mother’s arms at their home, and now is in the arms of his Lord, on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013. Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion.

Survivors include his mother, Nerissa Nagel of Marion; brother, Maximillian Jones; aunts, Faith Nagel of Marion and Hope (Michael) Sheber of Marion; grandparents, Tom M. and LaDonna Nagel of Guttenberg; cousins, Elizabeth and Avery Sheber of Marion; and great-grandfather, Tom E. Nagel of Guttenberg.

Landon was born Nov. 28, 2012, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Nerissa Nagel.

Through life’s difficult journeys, one never knows the road that a family will take. Landon was the bond that reunited his family, and is their guardian angel.

A memorial fund has been established in Landon’s memory, and cards may be directed to his family at 4505 Merganser Ct., Marion, IA 52302.
