Marlan B. Modrow

Marlan Blaine Modrow, 69 of Outing, Minn. formerly of Cedar Rapids died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012 at his home.

He was a retired electrical engineer at Rockwell International with 33 years of service. He was an avid amateur radio operator (KORRY), collecting universal contacts.

Survivors include his wife, Linda; one daughter, Raeyna (Shane) Longtin of Cottage Grove, Minn.; and four grandchildren.

Preceding him in death was his son, Michael Modrow.

Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Wesleyan Church in Emily, Minn. Friends may call one hour before the services Saturday at the church. Arrangements are with The Koop Funeral Home in Crosby, Minn.

Memorials are preferred in lieu flowers.
