Kirk F. Krumm

Kirk F. Krumm, 57, of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at St. Luke’s Hospital of pneumonia. Memorial Service: 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion, by the Rev. William B. Harnish. The family will greet friends two hours before the service at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Linda of Cedar Rapids; two children, Kelly (Jason) Blazek of Cedar Rapids and Kasey Krumm of Cedar Rapids; his parents, Fred and Bev Krumm of Hiawatha; his brothers, Ty (Deb) Krumm of Cedar Rapids and Troy (Rhonda) Krumm of Lexington, Ky.; his faithful companion, Sham; and many loving family members and friends.

Kirk was born July 14, 1955, the son of Fred and Bev (Eastman) Krumm in Clintonville, Wis. On Aug. 10, 1974, he married Linda Barnes in Marion. Kirk was employed at Highway Equipment.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Kirk’s memory.
