La Teresa (Music) Klingman, 69, died peacefully Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at her home in Vinton. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Vinton with the Rev. Stephen K. Preus officiating. There will be a private family visitation. Private family burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Vinton.

She is survived by her husband, Lyle of Volga; daughter, Kim (Dave) Staab of Vinton; sons, Robert (Julia) Music of Jacksonville, Fla. and Donald(Julie) Music of Coralville; sister, Twylia (Duane) Chizek of Elberon; stepson, Kent (Jennifer) Klingman of Strawberry Point; stepdaughter, Rhonda (Craig) Fry of Yuma, Ariz.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Ken Music in 2004.

Memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church or Virginia Gay Hospital in Vinton.
