Martha Mary Kimm

Martha Mary Kimm, 81, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at the Keystone Nursing Care Center following an extended illness. A Memorial Service, conducted by the Rev. B. Andrew Wright, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at St. John Lutheran Church in Keystone, where the family receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday. Private Committal Services will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Blairstown.

Martha was born March 25, 1931, in Luzerne, to Albert and Mary (Peterman) Kuester. On March 19, 1949, she was united in marriage to Francis Kimm in Blairstown.

She was the loving mother of nine children and always enjoyed spending time with them and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Martha is survived by her husband, Francis of Keystone; her children, Mary (Doug) Kach of Cedar Rapids, David (Pat) Kimm of Blairstown, Sharon (Bob) Gorsch, Reg Kimm and Brenda (Gary) Hansen, all of Victor, Brett (Diane) Kimm of Mount Vernon, Byran (Tracie) Kimm of Keystone and Brad (Cindi) Kimm of Van Horne; 22 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Lois (Dave) Toney of Belle Plaine.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her infant son, John; her great-grandson, Joey Kimm; two sisters and five brothers.
