Wilbur “Joe” Ernest Joseph, 87, of Williamsburg, died Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 2, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, rural Williamsburg. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 4 to 7 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home, Williamsburg.
