Bernard D. Hurley, 96, of West Allis, Wis., formerly of Elkader, died Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at Aurora West Allis Medical Center.

Survivors include his daughter, Eva “Ria” Metcalf of Gurnee, Ill.; his son, James (JoAnn) Hurley of Brunswick, Ga.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial: 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elkader. Interment: St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Visitation: 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, at Leonard Funeral Home in Elkader and after 10 a.m. at the church on Saturday.

Leonard Funeral Home of Elkader is in charge of arrangements.
