Phyllis M. Harrison

Phyllis M. Harrison, 82, of Dysart, formerly of rural Garrison, died Monday, Dec. 24, 2012, at Sunnycrest Nursing Center in Dysart. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31, at the United Methodist Church in Dysart. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 30, at Overton Funeral Home in Dysart. Burial will be at the Dysart Cemetery.

She is survived by her children, Diana (Don) Sparks of Dysart, Barbara Johnson of Raymond, Peggy (Jeff) Anderson of Solon, Patrick (Bonnie) Harrison of Garrison, Julie (Marshall) Mixdorf of Dunkerton and Jane Harrison of Cedar Rapids; 20 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Merlin Lutz and Robert Lutz, both of Vinton, and the Rev. Clarence Lutz of Lookout Mountain, Ga.; and two sisters, Alberta LeVine of Germantown, Wis., and Dorothy Schulte of Norway, Iowa.
