Judith Mainwaring Jacklyn Forell

Judith   Mainwaring Jacklyn Forell of Eugene, Ore., died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, of age-related causes. She was 90. A Celebration of Life is planned for a later date.

Judith was born Jan. 13, 1922, in Devonport, Tasmania, Australia. She married John Gotthold Forell on Jan. 13, 1950, in Montreal. He died Dec. 26, 1961.

Judith attended the Royal Melbourne Hospital Nursing Program. She worked as a registered nurse and homemaker.

Survivors include a son, Timothy (Linda) of Los Altos, Calif; three daughters, Caroline Anne Forell (Richard) of Eugene, Judith Margaret Forell of London and Angela Forell-Hegland (Paul) of Cedar Rapids; a brother, Bob Mainwaring Jacklyn (Marjorie) of Hobart, Tasmania, Australia; and nine grandchildren.
