James A. Estes, 74, of Burlington, formerly of Iowa City, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital in Iowa City. Funeral services with military honors will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, at the Rock Island National Cemetery (Moline entrance, off River Street, off Interstate 74, gather at the gate 15 minutes before services).

His family includes his five children, Robert, Beverly, Sabrina, Raymond and John; two stepchildren, Joe and Angie; two sisters, Nancy Barnhart (Dan) of Iowa City and Beverly Nelson of North Liberty; and several nieces, nephews and great-nephews.
