Margaret "Faye" Curley

Margaret “Faye” Curley, 94, of Cedar Falls, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at the Western Home Communities Stanard Family Assisted Living Center.

She was born Nov. 8, 1918, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, daughter of James and Mary (Murphy) Convey. She married Richard Curley on May 29, 1946, in Cedar Rapids. He died March 1, 1983. She graduated from St. Patrick Catholic School in Cedar Rapids and was a homemaker throughout her adult life.

Surviving are two daughters, Karen (Kirk) Richardson of Cedar Falls and Patricia (Michael) Clatt of Nevada, Iowa; one son, Steve of San Jose, Calif.; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Michael Curley.

Services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Richardson Funeral Service in Cedar Falls, with visitation one hour before the service. Burial will occur Monday at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
