John Crawford, 74, of Washington, Iowa, died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, atUniversity of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, at Jones & Eden Funeral Home, with Pastor Maureen Howard officiating.The family will receive friends from 9:30 until 11 a.m. Wednesday before the service at the funeral home. Private family interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.

John is survived by daughter, Cheryl Haezebroeck of West Branch; daughter, Angela Crawford of Binghamton, N.Y.; daughter, Teresa Culbertson and husband Noel of Palmyra, Va.; two grandchildren, Jonathon Haezebroeck of West Branch and Nicholas Culbertson of Palmyra, Va.; sister, Pat Crawford of Cedar Rapids; halfsister, Eva Lu Murrison of Cedar Rapids; halfbrother, Forest G. Baker of Dallas, Texas; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Memorials have been established to the American Heart Association.
