Funeral Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, First Presbyterian Church, Independence, with burial at Mount Hope Cemetery, Independence. Visitation from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at White Funeral Home, Independence, where there will be a 7 p.m. Military Memorial Service on Wednesday.
