Wayne Allen Butz, 72, formerly of Central City, died Jan. 28, 2013, at Ogden Manor Nursing Home in Ogden. Services will be at a later date.

He was born April 16, 1940, near Watkins to Vincent and Hildegarde Schulte Butz.

Survivors include three sons, Andy, Tim and Jeff Butz and their families; six grandchildren; brothers, Dennis, Victor, Robert and Vincent Jr.; and sisters, Virginia Paulson, Glenda Threet and Jeanie Black.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Orville; and sister, Ilene Lechty.
