Deloris O. Burke, 79, of the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester, died there Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012, after a long illness. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Iowa Cremation is in charge of arrangements.

Survivor include her husband, Walter of Manchester; two sons, Irven Riley of Manchester and Herbert Nuttall of Robins, Ga.; three daughters Alisa Robinson of Earlville, Krista Nuttall of Manchester and Lois Bryant of Masonville; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas Riley; a brother; and a sister, Dortha Puckhaber.

Deloris was born Aug. 11, 1933, in Pittsburg, Kan., the daughter of Ira and Lois Williams. She married Walter Burke in 1970 in Manchester and was a homemaker.

Deloris was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed the time spent with her friends and beloved family.
