Sund - Trosky Lara Sund and Anthony Trosky were united in marriage on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at The Touch of Class in Mount Vernon, IA by Pastor Jason Poling. A dinner and dance followed. Their parents are Deanne Beltz-Sund, Terry and Diana Sund and Gregg and Lisa Trosky, all of Cedar Rapids. Bridal attendants were Michelle Schebler, Erica Anderson, Sara Simmen, Lauren Trosky and Ellie Trosky. Grooms-men were Ryan Garman, Josh Lorenzen, Ryan Shubatt, Aaron Rothmeyer and Matt Glass. Ushers were Jarin Sund, Logan Simon, Colton Sund and Calvin Sund, and the ringbearer was Kole Sund. Lara's personal attendants were Heidi Michalec and Heather Beltz, and Lauren Sund was the wedding hostess. Anthony and Lara both graduated from the University of Iowa in May of 2012, Anthony with a degree in Economics and Lara with a degree in Art History. They now reside in Kansas City and Lara is employed as a Marketing Specialist at Farmers Insurance and Anthony is employed as a Business Analyst at Cerner. Anthony and Lara would like to thank all their family and friends for being a part of their special day.

Campbell - Daily Mallory Campbell and Tom Daily were united in marriage on May 26, 2012. The couple exchanged vows in a private ceremony performed by Rev. James Condit at Pleasant Creek Park in Palo, IA. A reception followed at IBEW Miller Hall in Cedar Rapids. Mallory is the daughter of Mart Campbell, Sally Kuch and Marc Kuch of Newhall, IA. Tom is the son of DeEtte Daily and Pat & Sandy Daily of Belle Plaine, IA. Mallory is an Upper Iowa University graduate and is employed with Nordstrom. Tom is a pipefitter with Local 125.

Saunders - Biderman Rachelle Saunders and Martin Biderman were united in marriage June 23, 2012, at their home in Ely, IA. Martin's brother Jon officiated the wedding and many family members and friends from near and far celebrated with Martin and Rachelle.

Raitt - Larson Melia Raitt, daughter of Jack and Marsha Raitt of Iowa City, IA and Taylor Larson, son of David and Marjorie Larson of Primghar, IA wish to announce their approaching wedding ceremony to be held at the Newman Center on July 27th, 2013. The bride graduated from Regina and the University of Iowa with a BA in English Education. She currently teaches in West Liberty, IA. The groom graduated from South O'Brien and is earning his MS through Buena Vista University. He currently teaches in Durant, IA but will start a counseling position in the Linn-Mar District next year. The couple resides in Iowa City, IA.

Kies - Feth Nonhlanhla (Lucky) Kies and Jason Feth were joined in matrimony on September 22, 2012 in Pittsburgh, PA. Lucky is the daughter of Pete and Desiree Kies. Jason is the son of James and Marcia Feth. The wedding was attended by friends and family from around the country and the world, and a grand time was had by all. Jason and Lucky are living, working and studying in Pittsburgh.

Kurtz - Quinn Aiden Nathan Quinn is pleased to announce the upcoming wedding of his parents, Brady Lee Quinn and Natalie Anne Kurtz of Marion, IA. Natalie is the daughter of Diana (John) Walterman of Center Point, IA and Tom (Pamela) Kurtz of Cedar Rapids. Brady is the son of Pat and Vivian Quinn of Cedar Rapids as well as the grandson of Vic and Pat Klopfenstein of Marion, IA and Charlie Quinn of Cedar Rapids. The couple will exchange vows in Cedar Rapids on August 10th, 2013 with a reception to follow. Natalie will graduate in May 2014 from Mount Mercy University with a social work degree. Brady graduated from the University of Iowa with a BBA and Master of Accountancy and is a CPA at McGladrey in Cedar Rapids.

Smith - Farmer Lexie Smith and Daniel Farmer were united in marriage on November 2, 2012. The couple exchanged vows in an evening ceremony at Lake Windsor Golf & Country Club in Madison, WI. Lexie is the daughter of Terry and Karen Smith of Marion, IA. Dan is the son of William and Joan Farmer of Cornell, WI. Lexie graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and received her Master's Degree from Georgia State University. She is Operations Supervisor for Dane County Regional Airport, Madison, WI. Dan graduated from the University of Wisconsin and is a deputy sheriff for Dane County, Madison, WI. The couple resides in Deerfield, WI.

Franck - Fuessley Lindsey Franck and Barry Fuessley were married on Saturday, September 29, 2012 in Independence, IA. Lindsey is the daughter of Tracy and Kelly Franck of Winthrop, IA. Barry is the son of Brad and Mary Fuessley of Walker, IA.

Hixson - Carter Wedding & Open House Kristina Hixson and Joshua Carter were united in marriage on April 27, 2013 at Harbourwood in Goshen, OH. Kristina is the daughter of John and Carolyn Hixson, Delaware, OH. Joshua is the son of Mark and Terri Carter, Palo, IA. The couple are employed by Global Partners and will be relocating to Europe later this year. Wallander - Platner Angela Wallander and Christopher Platner were united in marriage Nov. 30, 2012. The marriage ceremony and reception were held at Prairie Oak Lodge, Squaw Creek Park, Marion, IA. Angela works at Rockwell Collins, Cedar Rapids, and Christopher is a self-employed farmer, Marion.
