Weers - Barkley Dennis and Julie Weers of Anamosa, IA are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Abigail Weers, to Alonzo Barkley. Alonzo is the son of Kevin and Pamela Barkley of Lehigh, IA. Both Abigail and Alonzo are graduates of Simpson College. They currently reside in Des Moines, IA. Abigail is employed at Candeo as a Team Leader in mental health. Alonzo is employed at Nationwide. The couple will wed on May 4, 2013 at the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium in Dubuque, IA.
