Miller - Kirby Richard and Connie Miller of Rowley, IA are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Alicia Miller, to Garrett Kirby, son of Don and Nancy Kirby of Seneca, MO. Alicia is a graduate of Loras College and is currently employed as a lead teacher at the Kidsville Early Child Development Center in Independence, IA. Garrett is employed by the BNSF Railroad in Galesburg, IL. The couple will exchange vows at St. John's Catholic Church in Independence on April 6, 2013.
