Parents of the bride are Stephen & Sharon Boeding. Parents of the groom are Darrell & Norma Merta & Kristi Maiers, Eric Flatjord. Grandparents of the couple are Dr. Donald & JoAnn Shannon, Doris & the late Eugene Boeding, Betty & the late Marvin Merta & Marilyn & the late Jim Maiers. The couple honeymooned in Montego Bay, Jamaica. They reside in Cedar Rapids. Travis is employed at Rockwell Collins and Amanda works at the Children's Hospital of Iowa.
