Akers - Harris Stephanie Akers and Christopher Harris, both of Cedar Rapids, are pleased to announce their engagement. Stephanie is the daughter of Karla Kissman of Cedar Rapids. Chris is the son of David Harris of Center Point, IA and Sandi Harris of Chattanooga, TN. The happy couple will marry in an intimate beach-side ceremony on February 22, 2013 in Maui, HI. The couple will host a reception for family and friends at the Hotel at Kirkwood in Cedar Rapids on March 23, 2013.
