A dinner followed at the Woodfire Grille in Dubuque. Parents of the bride are Les and Carol Carlson of Manchester, IA. Parents of the groom are the late Richard and Helen Thomas of East Walpole, MA. Matron of Honor was Sonja Irlbeck of Marion, IA, sister of the bride; bridesmaid was Marin Irlbeck of Marion, niece of the bride. The Best Man was Todd Rhine of Eureka, MO, friend of the groom. Kristin is a 1986 graduate of West Delawar High School, Manchester, IA and a 1989 graduate of Kirkwood Community College, Cedar Rapids. Richard is a 1975 graduate of Xaverian Brithers High School, Westwood, MA. He is self-employed with Thomas Adhesive Consultants Co. and the Green TACC group. The couple honeymooned in Las Vegas, NV. They are making their home in Asbury, IA.
