Turner - Devine Kiley Devine is pleased to announce the marriage of her parents Holly Turner and Andy Devine on September 15, 2012 at Faith Lutheran Church, Marion, IA. A reception followed at Prairie Hill Pavilion. Holly is the daughter of Pam Strong and Andy is the son of Brad & Jackie Devine. They reside in Cedar Rapids.
