It’s too bad the city didn’t salvage the materials from the old Sinclair Plant, the homes demolished the city and the appliances that had to be discarded and used it to cut the cost of materials in constructing the flood walls,protecting more of the city residents instead of protecting just the businesses that haven’t returned [...]
