RANK +/- NAME WINS THOUGHTS
1 Will Power 1 Three top fives, including a win at the Grand Prix of St. Peterseburg. Has been more aggressive this year looking for first championship.
2 Ryan Hunter-Reay 1

Won last time out at Barber in the Grand Prix of Alabama and a runner-up at St.Pete. Also had the controversial move of the year at Long Beach that took himself and numerous contenders out. My very early pick to win the Indianapolis 500.

3 Simon Pagenaud 0 Mr.Consistent. Three races, three top fives. Best driver in the world that no one knows about.
4 Scott Dixon 0

A notorious slow-starter, but has two top fives in three races. Looking for back to back IndyCar titles.

5 Mike Conway 1 Won at the Grand Prix of Long Beach for the second time. Runs only the road courses, but has a win and had another top 3 until a strategy snafu at St. Pete.
6 Marco Andretti 0 Is this finally the year Marco fulfills his potential? Runner-up finish at Barber last time out and a solid eighth at the Grand Prix of Long Beach. Ready for the month of May and the Indy 500.
7 Justin Wilson 0 Two top tens, and would have had a third if not for being caught in the big wreck at Long Beach. Needs some oval success in races coming up.
8 Josef Newgarden 0 Two top tens, including a great run at Barber. Young American is coming into his own. Question is how long will Sarah Fisher-Hartman Racing be able to keep him away from the super teams?
9 Tony Kanaan 0 Little bit of a slow start with his new Ganassi team, but has two top ten's and is heading back to Indy where he is a cult hero.
10 Helio Castroneves 0 A third followed by two so-so runs. Needs a good month of May at a place he loves. Will he join the four-timers club this year?
