CEDAR RAPIDS — Megan Furnish said her final year at Cedar Rapids Jefferson has gone quickly, but she will conclude it doing something she loves – golfing. A state tournament appearance would make an even better ending.

Spring sports seasons have started. Girls golf in all classes and boys golf in 3A, 2A and 1A have started. Here are some important dates for this season:
