Erin Jordan is an investigative reporter who writes stories for newspaper, online and television. Previous to coming to the Gazette in 2010, Erin worked six years in the Des Moines Register’s Iowa City bureau. She enjoys filing Open Records requests and is persistent about getting information from sources across the state and country. Erin has written revelatory stories about underground pipelines, the nursing home industry, personalized medicine and the University of Iowa. A Des Moines native, Erin graduated from Iowa State University.
