 Brian RayBRIAN RAY is The Gazette’s Senior Photographer working out of The Gazette office in the Old Capitol Town Center in Iowa City. He started his photography career in high school working for Davenport Central’s Blackhawk newspaper. After graduation he attended the University of Iowa where he double majored in journalism and psychology while working as a photographer and photo editor for the Daily Iowan. In 2000 Brian started the first of his two internships with The Gazette before being hired as a staff photographer in Cedar Rapids. Brian was promoted to the post in Iowa City in 2004. |
