Terry Lockridge & Dunn announces new hires

NEW HIRES

Terry Lockridge & Dunn in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City has hired Bob Pence (see photo) as tax manager. Pence was previously with Gritton Associates in Manchester. Also hired were Sarah Ensminger (see photo) as staff accountant and Katie Kausalik (see photo), previously with Northwestern Mutual, as central receptionist for Terry Lockridge & Dunn/World Trend Financial.

LimoLink Inc., Marion, has hired Brian Jett (see photo) for its sales team as client account manager and Bob Murphy for its information technology team.

The Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival has hired Liz Neff (see photo) as its events and marketing director. Neff was previously park and recreation director with the City of Lisbon.

PROMOTION

ESP International in Cedar Rapids has appointed Jeff Hamilton (see photo) chairman and CEO, Hamilton was previously president and CEO. Jeff Albright (see photo) was promoted from vice president to president of global sales and marketing and Melissa Jones (see photo) was promoted from vice president to executive vice president of global finance and shared services.

NXT Bank promoted Theresa Blong (see photo) from vice president of commercial banking to senior vice president of commercial banking at its Marion office.

The Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance promoted Allison Antes (see photo) to workforce strategist to lead its workforce recruitment campaign. Antes previously focused on local business prospects and conducted in-depth interviews of interstate commerce companies.
