NEW HIRES

Jodie Brinkman (see photo), Kristina Calderon (see photo), Levi Kinsel (see photo), Mike McAtee (see photo), Terry Pantini (see photo), Lance Sheldon (see photo) and Mark Reece (see photo) have joined the Logistics Team at LimoLink Inc., Marion, as command desk representatives. AJ Greer (see photo), Valerie Hart (see photo), Lisa Johnson (see photo), Nakita Mauer (see photo) and Nicole Orendorff (see photo) have joined the Client Services Team, and Tanya Heims (see photo) has joined the Accounting Department.

GreatAmerica Financial Services has hired Laura Simmonds (see photo), previously with Kelly Services, as documentation specialist; and Troy White (see photo), previously with BVS Performance Systems, as strategic technology analyst.

PROMOTIONS

Linn Area Credit Union has promoted Rich Head (see photo) from director of IT to vice president of IT and Josh Ernst (see photo) from director of consumer lending to vice president of consumer lending.

American Prosthetics & Orthotics has promoted Jeff Palmer of Swisher to branch manager and director of operations of its Iowa City patient care facilities. Palmer formerly was assistant manager in Iowa City.

Marshall Petersen (see photo), president of Hawkeye Oil Co., Cedar Rapids, was elected chairman of the board of directors of Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Stores of Iowa.

Bill Aossey, founder of Midamar Corporation, Cedar Rapids, has received national recognition from the U.S. Secretary of Commerce. Aossey was appointed vice chairman of the Iowa District Export Council and also received the Corporate Leadership Award from the Chinese Association of Iowa.

NEW PARTNERSHIPS

Communications Engineering Co., a systems and technology integrator based in Hiawatha, has partnered with Unitrends, which will allow CEC customers to have access to new data backup solutions.

Robin Sueppel, Kim Ryan and their new assistant, Jerad Krall, have formed a new real estate partnership, the Sueppel Ryan Group. Sueppel, an Iowa City native, and Ryan, a Marion native, between them have more than 50 years of real estate experience. The Sueppel Ryan Group is part of Lepic-Kroeger Realtors in Iowa City.

Kinze Manufacturing, Williamsburg, donated $3,500 to the Iowa County 4-H Program for a PA system in the new building at the Iowa County Fairgrounds.
