A Cedar Rapids man is accused of holding up a restaurant at knife point on Sunday.

According to the Linn County Attorney's Office,  20-year-old Brennon J. Countryman entered Hardee's, 1519 Sixth St. SW, displayed a knife and demanded money from an employee. Countryman fled the store, but was tracked down by police using a K9 officer.

Police said they recovered the knife and Countryman was positively identified by the employee as the man who committed the robbery. The entire incident was captured on surveillance video, according to the county attorney's office.

Countryman faces one count of first-degree robbery, a class B felony punishable by up to 25 years in prison.
