Iowans using propane to heat their homes this winter will continue to pay more. Propane prices continued to increase in Iowa, marking the fourteenth consecutive week of rising propane costs ending the week at $2.00 per gallon. Unleaded gas, however, averaged $3.21 across the state this week remaining below the national average of $3.31, according to the AAA. Both wholesale and diesel fuel prices saw small decreases, with diesel prices remaining below the national average.
