Police said they found a pound of marijuana and thousands of dollars in cash in an Iowa City woman's apartment.

On Nov. 15, members of the Iowa City Police Department's Street Crimes Action team served a search warrant at 2119 Keokuk St., Apt. 6, the residence of 29-year-old Emily C. Rod. During the search, officers found approximately a pound of marijuana, packaging materials, a digital scale, pipes, bongs, grinders and several thousand dollars cash, police said.

Police said Rod and an unnamed suspect sell marijuana out of the residence. She now faces charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, Iowa drug tax stamp violation and keeping a drug house.
