RuffaloCODY announces the following promotions: Lisa Williams (see photo), from writer, Creative Services, to manager of Creative Services; Rachel Steen (see photo), from lead information services analyst to manager of Information Services; Kevin Kotek (see photo), from senior information services analyst to manager of Information Services; and Kelly Cook (see photo), from client services coordinator to administrative manager of Enrollment Management.

Tracey Bahl (see photo) was promoted to internal audit officer at Guaranty Bank & Trust. She was previously applications administrator.

The City of Cedar Rapids promoted Jennifer Pratt, previously a planner, to assistant director of Community Development.

Big Brothers Big Sisters promoted Christina Clements (see photo) from match support specialist to program specialist.

Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois has named Valerie Harlynn (see photo) as development manager. She was previously outdoor leadership experience manager.

NEW HIRES

Terri Snyders Crumley (see photo) joined Mount Mercy University as dean of admissions. She was previously with the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

The City of Cedar Rapids hired Gary Kranse (see photo) as its Community Development and Planning Director. He previously served as director of planning for Laramie County, Wyo.

Lydia Sax (see photo) joined de Novo Alternative Marketing as its account manager. She was previously with JWMorton & Associates.

Carol Bridgewater Warner (see photo) as joined the firm of Ruhl & Ruhl Realtors in its Cedar Rapids office.

The Cedar Rapids Area Convention & Visitors Bureau hired Sarah Tarnowski (see photo) as director of convention sales. She was previously with the Amana Colonies Convention & Visitors Bureau.

MediRevv, a health care revenue cycle management company in Coralville, hired Dee Rountree (see photo) as director of sales. She will focus on new business opportunities in the Southeastern region of the United States.

Rockwell Collins has appointed Robert Perna (see photo) as senior vice president and general counsel for the company, effective Jan. 13. He succeeds Gary Chadick, who has announced his resignation.

Jamie Sinclair (see photo) has joined Mercy Medical Center as director of Pharmacy Services. She was previously with St. Joseph’s Hospital-HealthEast Care System, St. Paul, Minn.

CERTIFICATION

Linn County Jail Administrator Major Pete Wilson (see photo) has received the national designation of Certified Jail Manager through the Jail Manager Certification Commission.
