Erb’s Technology Solutions has announced the retirement of Mike Brogan, president, effective December 2014, and Gary Denison, executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective September 2014. Beginning in January, Jim Koch (see photo) will be promoted from vice president of sales to president, and Brittani Von Roden (see photo) will be promoted from director of marketing and communications to vice president of sales and marketing. Brogan will become chief executive officer and chairman of the board. In April 2014, Bryan Steffen (see photo), vice president of operations, will be promoted to chief financial officer. Denison will become controller and Brogan will relinquish his title as CEO. Brogan and Denison joined Erb’s in 1978 and 1977, respectively.
