Varsity jackets are back in the game.

After a few decades warming the bench, the classic two-tone jackets arenít just for high school athletes anymore.

This may be an example of the catwalk following the classroom, but this fall trend isnít just for the kids.

Call them bomber, baseball or letterman jackets, some have all the classic details ó from letter patches on the chest to striped waistbands and cuffs ó of the coats we wore as rewards for academic or athletic successes. Others take the look in new directions with off-center zippers, folded or no collars, embellishments or prints. So you can channel your glory days even if you werenít the star quarterback or valedictorian.

And if you donít have an old jacket in the back of a closet or attic somewhere, we found the ones pictured here at Forever 21 at the Coral Ridge Mall in Coralville.
