Hlastradamus doesn’t care about such things. The prophet has seen the sublime, the sub-standard, and every season of “Survivor.” It all rolls off his back.
He continues to be in a fog in 2013, going 2-3 last week for a third-straight losing session. The seer has believed in the wrong things so far this season. In an unrelated note, 57 percent of Americans believe in the devil. So surely 57 percent of you will believe Hlastradamus has a 5-0 week coming up.
Iowa -17 vs. Western Michigan. This will be the Exorcism Game for the Hawkeyes, when they finally beat the — you thought I was going to say h-e-double hockeysticks, didn’t you? — heck out of a team.
Wisconsin -24.5 vs. Purdue. The number is dangerously high. But the Badgers have won the last five games in this series by three touchdowns or more. Wisconsin comes in angry after its little problem last week against the Arizona State … Sun Devils.
Michigan State +6.5 at Notre Dame. MSU is No. 1 in the nation in total defense. That works.
Rutgers -1 vs. Arkansas. Lock of the season.
Louisville -42.5 vs. Florida International. The final could be 66-6.
