Circus elephants get a bath from Washington, Iowa firefighters

Up to 400 gallons needed to to clean pachyderms before shows tonight, Tuesday night

Washington firefighters sprayed down two Asian elephants on Monday, Aug. 12, 2013 at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Washington. The elephants are part of the Carson & Barnes Circus which has two shows Monday night before moving on to Maquoketa for two shows on Tuesday.
