Minnesota Wild defenseman Clayton Stoner and goaltender Darcy Kuemper are part of a road tour conducted by the new Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League that will stop in Cedar Rapids on Tuesday, June 25.

Tents will be set up behind the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena in the parking lot shared by the Arena, Veterans Memorial Stadium and Kingston Stadium. Stoner and Kuemper will be available for about an hour beginning at 10:30 a.m. to talk hockey and sign autographs.

One of the two will then throw out a ceremonial first pitch at the Cedar Rapids Kernels game, which begins at noon.

The Iowa Wild are the top minor-league club of the Minnesota Wild and will begin play this season at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. Wild sponsor Wells Fargo will provide commemorative road tour pins to the first 100 attendees.  The Cedar Rapids Hockey Association will receive autographed memorabilia which may be used to raise funds for the association.
